About the Podcast

The Sports RD Snippets podcast is a collection of interviews of sports dietitians across the country who share “snippets”, advice, insights, and rewards, of the profession and of their own career path to becoming a sports RD.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, many students were challenged with gaining hands-on experience.  This created a need for stories and experiences from veteran and experienced sports dietitians to encourage and educate them during this time. In August of 2020, Sports RD Snippets was born!

The goal of Liz’s podcast is to inspire and influence students pursuing a career in sports dietetics, as well as provide education for current dietitians to learn more about their colleagues.
